Fani is one of young barista with her charisma and attitude, she started her careers almost 2 years until present in her workplace Titik Temu coffee shop Seminyak . Even though she doesn’t have any background from hospitality and she get training around a half and month at the first time her experience, she always kept learning to become good barista and it made her became the judges for Indonesia Brewers Championship. The reasons why she becomes barista because when she was younger she read about coffee and barista, then she found her interest. She really enjoyed her work with talking to another people about their coffee preference and shared about opinion for improvement.
During her experience, she’s already two times became the judges for Indonesia Brewers Championship after she passed the selection. She has a lot of experiences on the competition, she found many variants rare coffee which as not selling for public and some of them even plating their own premium coffee, besides that she can improve her communication & social skills on her experience because she met a lot of people from barista, coffee expert, and so on then shared their knowledge as well.
Fani is very hard work, talk active and smart person, with her new experience in barista world she already became the judges for the national competition. She’s also like to share her knowledge with another people. She gives us a moral lesson for never give up, because many people still underestimate female barista, so she advises to keep it going for your passionate and proved if the gender is not limit for keep pursue their dreams.
