Aldi Suardana is a young flair bartender rising star, he got many achievements at his young age. He started to flair bartending since 4 years ago when he was on vocation high school with juggling extracurricular. He continued his college education on the bartending class and started working at the bar after. He experienced The One Legian Hotel around a half year,  and now he working in Azul Beach Club. The reasons why he became a bartender because that is his passion and he makes it as his preference hobby.

He won the first place on the several flairs bartending competition such as Heroes Flair Bartending Competition 2015 and 2017, Bar Pro Flair Cocktail Challenge 2018, Nestcology Flair Competition Semarang 2018, Ombak Sunset Lombok Flair Competition he won 2nd place, Starwars World Champion Flair Competition in 2016 and 2017 he won 3rd place. Recently he achieves the 3rd place is Ubud Viking Flair & Cocktail Competition 2018 in Alaya Resort Ubud and 2nd place for Bali Tandem Flair. His first cocktail creation is Raspberry blush when he competed in Heroes Flair Competition Yogyakarta 2015 and won the competition. His favorite drink is Classic Margarita because its tasty, refreshing and sweet & sour.  After several experiences in flair competition, he becomes more confident with very good preparation as well, despite sometimes he felt nervous in front of a lot of people.  He hopes that the young bartender keeps practicing to make it perfect and encourage them to join the competition for more link & connection.
