Agung Raka is one of the most famous bartender in Bali and Indonesia. We interested to meet him and learn more about his profession on flair room at Ubud. He will train everyone who interested to be a professional bartender.

Agung Raka has their own story about why he became a bartender. At the very first, he wanted to be a cop. But suddenly after watching Cocktail starred by Tom Cruise, he changed his mind and became a bartender, until today when he made his own bartending school. Nowadays, he has twenty three student to learn anything about cocktail and flair. After the classes are over, they are expected to be a professional bartender.

Agung is a performer, too. He usually invited to have a show at bars and restaurants. He is a trainer during the day, and an entertainer when the night comes. In the beginning of his career, he often joins competitions and wins some of them. Agung also active in bartender association, currently he is a secretary general in Asian Bartender Association.
